1. Rinse 

Gently rinse your face using circular motions. When finished make sure to leave a nice layer of water still on your face. (This is critical. The device requires a nice layer of water to work correctly).

2. Turn On 

Press and hold down your Nutriskin™ to turn it on. Once on press it again to select the mode and put it in either the "Cleansing" or "Ion+" setting. (Cleansing is for general exfoliation. Ion+ is for deep cleaning)

3. Exfoliate 

Hold the device at a 45 degree angle and begin gliding it over your face in straight line motions over the areas that you'd like to treat for about 5 minutes. (You should immediately notice the water turning into a fine mist and the impurities from your skin collecting on the device, apply more water as needed).

4. Dry 

Gently dry your face with a clean towel.

5. Apply

Place a generous amount of your favorite cream or serum on the device. Switch your Nutriskin™ to the "Ion-" mode and begin applying your cream or serum, and voila! You're done!
