DOMESTIC: We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly. Our current domestic order processing times may range from 3-4 business days. Once shipped, we ask that you allow 10-14 business days for deliveries. Transit times may exceed what is outlined above.
INTERNATIONAL: Our current international order processing times range from 3-4 business days. However, we ask that you allow additional days in transit due to national holidays, inclement weather, international courier and customs delays beyond the control of Nutriskin™. International shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our customer service team using our Live Chat or email support at support@trynutriskin.com
Customs & Duties on International Orders
Nutriskin™ does not assume responsibility for customs and duty fees for international orders. Verified customs or duty fees imposed on the customer by the destination country upon arrival of their order may be eligible to be reimbursed by Nutriskin™. Please contact our support email if you’ve incurred such customs or duty fees.
Damages
Nutriskin™ will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Nutriskin™ accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. Nutriskin™ may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.

Nutriskin™ does not claim any responsibility for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
Shipping Protection covers packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
Coverage takes effect immediately following checkout and continues until goods are delivered and received safe and sound by the customer.

If your order isn’t delivered within 30 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with our shipping carrier, YunExpress.
We can absolutely change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.
If you're order has shipped, then unfortunately, we cannot change your shipping address.
Returns and Exchanges
It’s our goal that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. We love the opportunity to help people achieve radiant skin, yet understand that sometimes a return or refund is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund (minus shipping charges if applicable).
To start a return, you can contact us at support@trynutriskin.com. We do not process returns through any other contact method.
If you purchased from Nutriskin outside the U.S., Nutriskin cannot provide a return label for you and is not responsible for any additional shipping charges you might incur to return a product to Nutriskin.
The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:
A return must be requested within 60 days of your purchase date. The company does not provide refunds for requests made outside of 60 days of purchase date. At the company's discretion, a store credit may be issued in these cases.
You must return the product to Nutriskin to receive a refund. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
We will refund the cost of the product to your original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges you paid.

If you purchased from Nutriskin within the U.S. a prepaid return label will be provided to you once you've requested a refund. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If you purchased from Nutriskin outside the U.S., Nutriskin cannot provide a return label for you and is not responsible for any additional shipping charges you might incur to return a product to Nutriskin.
For your convenience, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your expected refund total.
Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment. In most cases, the refund from your return will take 5-7 business days to post in your original form of payment.
We always recommend if it takes longer than this to contact your bank or merchant (eg. Shoppay) directly.
We do not offer exchanges for products at this time.
Microcurrent Devices
Not at all! In fact, it's common for some people to not feel anything, while some people describe the Microcurrent waves as a gentle, tingling sensation. It's totally safe and painless for all skin types.
Out of an abundance of caution, we do not recommend using our microcurrent devices if you are under 18, have an active or recent cancer diagnosis, have a pacemaker (or other implanted metal in your body), or are pregnant.
If you have any concerns please consult your physician as they will best be able to speak to your specific situation.
Our lifetime warranty comes with every purchase. It covers any mechanical defects such as the speakers stop working or the control panel is defective, also minor rips/tears in the band.
We also offer a 2-year protection plan at checkout which is available for purchase.
During your coverage period, if one of those products has a covered mechanical failure, Nutriskin™ will provide you with a repair, replacement or store credit. Products also include coverage for accidental damage from handling.
It covers any damage including accidental. If you product stops functioning, we will send you a new one free of charge. Replacement products outside our 60-day guarantee are subject to a $9 service fee.
