Is a good product. Good value. I do not like these plastic pieces on top and on the bottom of the mask, they are uncomfortable, I think I will try to take them off eventually. The mask in itself very uncomfortable, but it works, it was a lot of diodes and in 5 days I feel and see a difference in my skin. And for the price, I like it. I don’t mind that is a hard mask either, I like being relaxed and focused on my skin care and not performing tasks.

I like my mask so far. I can definitely tell my skin is smoother and fine lines are getting better. My only con is there isn’t enough padding and the hard plastic can be a little uncomfortable. But I’m willing to overlook it, given the price point and effectiveness.

So far I really like the mask. My husband & daughter have even started using it. Only thing is the instructions say there is an orange light but mine doesn’t have that. I have blue, green, purple and white. Not sure what the white light is for.

I used to get red/blue light led treatments at a med spa but it was expensive so 2 years ago I finally got my hands on this LED mask by Nutriskin. It's affordable and it works because LED works! I cannot say enough great things about not only the product, but the overall customer service experience I've had with Nutriskin. I purchased the LED mask for my wife as a Christmas gift and she was blown away in love with it. Sadly, after only a couple uses, it would no longer cycle colors and the timer stopped working. I emailed CS, hoping for the best but prepared for the runaround as so many companies these days don't stand behind their products. Wow was I wrong. In less than 12 hours Angelica emailed me back apologizing for the inconvenience and assuring me the problem would be addressed. A replacement mask was promised in 10-14 business days, but actually arrived in only 5! The level of communication was top notch and my only regret is not being able to give more than 5 stars. I honestly cannot recommend Nutriskin enough. They set the gold standard for excellence. I rarely write reviews, but there was no way I could not in this case.

This has been the best addition to my skincare regiment, can't believe I haven't started sooner. My skin feels/looks firmer and more vibrant, I feel so much more confidence about my appearance.
Overall I am excited by the potential (promise) of this product. At 60 yo, my face is just hanging on... however It's too early to notice a difference but I can share my +/- for this product... I like:
1. the sturdy box it comes in - perfect storage space between uses
2. the clean lines and easy to wipe off material
3. the information explaining value/when to use different lights
What i am less thrilled with:
1. no instructions - i felt like an idiot trying to figure out how to turn it on - used Google lense
2. no battery indicator - i haven't figured out how many uses i get on a charge so sometimes i go to use it and it's dead... phooey!
my ideas:
1. have an app where that prompts me to take photos over time using - perhaps i can see the difference and allow permission to be used in marketing- hard to track in my own photos app among all other photos- i'm just not that organized in there
2. a cheat sheet of tips and tricks - ie how often to use; it it better to use at night or in morning? should i apply toner or serum before using?
I have been using this mask for about 3 weeks consistently; 3x a week for 20 minutes (10 minutes on purple light and 10 minutes on green light), and I have already seen such an improvement in my skin. My skin is generally more even and less textured. I was hoping to use the mask to help treat acne and my rosacea and it has done just that. My face isn’t as read and my breakouts are not as frequent. I highly recommend this mask as (with consistent use) it’s a fairly affordable yet effective means to incorporate light therapy into your routine.
